Career To Date

I am a scientist by training, with experience working across the Health and Social Care sector, as well as Sustainable Development and Wildlife Conservation. I have presented my work at academic conferences, and I have received an award from the British Science Association for my research.

I spent five years working in Westminster, in political advisory roles in Parliament, think tanks and campaign groups, before being asked to lead the Conservative Party’s Community Engagement efforts.

In November 2021, I co-founded my own business, The Disability Policy Centre. We have already achieved meaningful legislation change with our research, and act as a convenor between the disability sector, academics and policy makers.

I am a Trustee at the YMCA East Surrey, and a School Governor at a secondary school in Epsom and Ewell, where I am the link Governor on Careers.
